Refund Policy – BudgetDealz

1. Introduction

At BudgetDealz, we provide digital products such as gift cards, coupons, recharge codes, and subscription offers. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final once a digital code is delivered. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may or may not be issued.

2. No Refund for Delivered Digital Products

Once a digital product/code is delivered, it is non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • We cannot reverse or deactivate a code once issued.
  • Incorrect purchase type, wrong brand, or accidental purchase is not eligible for a refund.
  • Codes already redeemed by the customer cannot be refunded.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only considered under the following conditions:

  • The product was not delivered to the customer.
  • The delivered code is invalid or not working.
  • The issue is verified by BudgetDealz and the issuing partner/brand.

If the issue is confirmed valid, BudgetDealz may provide a replacement code or refund at its sole discretion.

4. When Refund Is Not Possible

  • Code already redeemed but claimed as “not working”.
  • Customer provides incorrect email/phone details.
  • Delay caused by server, API, or third-party brand system.
  • Attempt to misuse refund system or suspected fraud.
  • Purchase done by mistake or buyer’s remorse.

5. Verification Process

To verify a complaint, the customer may be required to provide:

  • Screenshot or video of the issue
  • Brand app/website screen showing error
  • Order details, email, or mobile number

Verification can take 24–72 hours depending on the brand’s response time.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud

  • Raising false chargebacks may result in account suspension.
  • We may take legal action for fraudulent refund claims.
  • BudgetDealz reserves full right to block suspicious accounts.

7. Replacement Policy

If the issue is verified and solved, we may offer a replacement code instead of a refund. Replacement is dependent on product availability and brand approval.

8. Refund Time

If approved, refunds (if applicable) are processed within **5–7 working days** to the original payment method. BudgetDealz is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways.
